Question 1

Can I save and reuse a guest-message draft?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In a stay, create or edit a private draft based on its saved property and checkout details, then save it, return to it from Guest messages, or copy it when you are ready. The starter is an editable template with placeholders. Nitelatch does not send the message to your guest.

Question 2

How do cleaning tasks work?

Accepted Answer

Save a cleaning task against a property’s recorded checkout, then review tasks across your properties. You can update a task’s status and add, edit or clear its saved cleaning instructions. This is task coordination: Nitelatch does not dispatch cleaners or schedule tasks from connected access signals.

Question 3

How are nightly-rate suggestions worked out?

Accepted Answer

For a stay, the indicative AUD nightly rate uses your entered nightly rate, the lower, typical or higher demand level you select, and the time until checkout. You can review, edit and save the suggestion. It does not use live market data and is not automatically published or applied to a listing.

Question 4

Can I connect an access provider or schedule access signals?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Connected access setup remains gated until Nitelatch confirms a supported provider, access method, required permissions and authorisation requirements. Access-signal scheduling is not live.
